New name for leader in commercial property industry
After 35 years establishing Chesterton International as a leading force in the commercial property management market, the team has decided it’s time for a new name, a new look and a refined service offering.

“We decided it was time to stop and take stock of our key strengths and our experienced team to put forward a clear plan to ensure we continue to add value for our clients,” founder and chairman Shaun Douglas said.
“We believe the name Trident is more reflective of our role in the industry. The trident icon is three-pronged and we, as a business, have a clear three-pronged approach to identify, initiate and implement opportunities to create value for our clients across Queensland.
It’s always been our focus and now our name truly reflects that.
