A Strong Start to the New Financial Year

Our Asset Management team has had a busy and exciting start to the new financial year, with a number of new assets joining the portfolio. Over recent weeks, we have successfully onboarded six new clients, adding more than 40 tenancies across approximately 10,000 sqm of net lettable area.

The properties span a diverse mix of retail, commercial and office uses, further strengthening the depth and breadth of our management portfolio. We are proud to be working alongside both new owners and existing occupiers to optimise asset performance and create long-term value.

  • Shell Gateway Service Centre, 1097 Nudgee Road, Banyo | A high-profile highway service centre featuring a mix of food and fuel retailers strategically located to capture commuter traffic on Brisbane’s northern corridor.

  • Yarrabilba Health Precinct, 21–31 Yarrabilba Drive, Yarrabilba | A modern medical and allied health hub servicing a rapidly growing residential catchment in Brisbane’s southern growth corridor. The centre includes cafe

  • 31 Station Road, Indooroopilly | A multi-tenanted office building located in one of Brisbane’s key inner-western commercial centres, with close proximity to transport, retail and major arterials.

  • Village Square, 25–29 Eastern Road, Browns Plains | A neighbourhood retail centre anchored by convenience retailers and service-based tenants, well-positioned in a thriving suburban market.
