Completed in 2020, our longstanding client acquired the boutique industrial complex fully leased in November of 2021 from a private developer. With many of the leases coming to an end or nearing expiry, our team have worked closely with the owners, our valued occupiers and our agency partners Owen Byles & Cameron Heim to deliver exceptional outcomes across the site.
Trident have successfully renewed 50% of the sitting tenants and coordinated the re-leasing of the balance spaces with minimal downtime. Moreover, we have achieved an average rental uplift of ~14% across these deals with the WALE completely reset including greater diversification of the expiry profile.
