REIA Finalist | Julia Wu | Commercial Property Manager of the Year
A massive congratulations to Julia Wu for being named a finalist in the 2026 Real Estate Institute of Australia National Awards for Excellence (NAFE). After taking home the 2025 QLD Commercial Property Manager of the Year through The REIQ, Julia will go up against the nations best in May of this year for the hotly contested title.
The NAFE brings together top property professionals from around the country to highlight leadership, innovation and professionalism. 2026 marks the return of QLD eligibility for the awards with the REIQ rejoining the national body and we are so pleased to have Julia showcased on a national stage representing Trident and the state.
