Creating Value Through Proactive Asset Management
We are proud to share the results from a massive circa twelve months at two of our major managed assets. Across 488 Queen St & 500 Queen St respectively our team have worked tirelessly alongside our leasing partners to renew & retain sitting tenants and grow overall building occupancy for both sets of clients.
This has included forming creative strategies and solutions to increase the diversity of suites, add additional NLA, increase rents and proactively manage the WALE. As a part of this, we have managed the delivery of a range of speculative suites, tenancy refresh works and base building CAPEX. The results have seen 12 transactions across ~4,300sqm of NLA between the two assets.
