In September 2025, Trident Property successfully divested its investment in the St Lucia Marketplace, achieving a sale price of $18,014,000 and delivering above-market yield, strong capital gain and investor returns.
Prior to the divestment, Trident facilitated the lodgement and approval of a development approval for an additional 2,000m² and 20x car parks on 242 Hawken Drive St Lucia. Trident coordinated minor asset improvements and amenity upgrades that enhanced tenant appeal, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened leasing outcomes.
