St Lucia Marketplace is located 4km south-west of the Brisbane CBD, on the high Street, Hawken Drive, in one of Brisbane’s Top 10 affluent suburbs. Anchored by a small-format strong-performing IGA supermarket, this centre is the go-to retail precinct for the catchment of over 13,500 residents, plus the 57,000 students and 7,500 staff at the University of Queensland.

In September 2025, Trident Property successfully divested its investment in the St Lucia Marketplace, achieving a sale price of $18,014,000 and delivering above-market yield, strong capital gain and investor returrns.

Prior to the divestment, Trident facilitated the lodgement and approval of a development approval for an additional 2,000m² and 20x car parks on 242 Hawken Drive St Lucia. Trident coordinated minor asset improvements and amenity upgrades that enhanced tenant appeal, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened leasing outcomes.
