Three from three! Congratulations to Julia Wu for taking home the coveted title of Commercial Property Manager of the Year at The REIQ 2025 awards for excellence on Saturday night. Joining Trident in 2020, Julia has become an invaluable member of the asset management team overseeing end-to-end management of a diverse mix of retail, commercial & industrial assets. The win also marks the third consecutive year that Trident have won the award with Dale Hoghton named the winner in 2024 and our Asset Management Director Sam Christensen in 2023.
