Noosa Specialist Medical Centre Expands with New Purpose-Built Cura Day Hospital

Noosa Specialist Medical Centre continues to set the benchmark for medical amenity, strengthened further by the recent commitment from Cura Day Hospitals. This adds to an already impressive line-up, including Cancer Care Noosa’s world-class facility, On-Point, Mackenzie Group, and Sunshine Coast Eye and Retina.

To support the continued growth of the precinct, Trident applied to increase the building area, that has been approved by Noosa City Council. Construction has now commenced and will deliver Cura’s new facility along with additional medical suites, anticipated to be operational by mid-2026.

Cura Day Hospitals’ announcement marks the development of a much-needed, purpose-built day hospital for Noosa.

The new multidisciplinary hospital will feature three state-of-the-art operating theatres equipped with the latest surgical technology, supported by contemporary recovery and patient-care spaces. It will cater to a diverse range of surgical specialties, including Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Gastroenterology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Breast Surgery and Endocrine Surgery.

This greenfield project has been carefully shaped in collaboration with Trident Property Advisory and Cura clinicians to deliver the highest standards of safety, efficiency and patient comfort.

With the centre now exceeding 90% occupancy, a limited number of consulting suites remain available. For enquiries, please contact Ben Sikalas | bsikalas@tridentproperty.com.au | 0403 733 630
