Level 6 at 500 Queen St | Spec Suite

That's a wrap for our latest speculative suite works on Level 6 at 500 Queen St. After internally expanding a long-term occupant from a tower floor to a podium floor, we were presented with an opportunity to breathe new life into their former tenancy. Working collaboratively with the building owners, Trident formed a strategy centred on adaptive re-use to modernise the space. Our contractor partners were tasked with retaining and refinishing a host joinery, upholstery, furniture & partitioning across the floorplate. Alongside this we carefully selected key elements for complete replacement (primarily base building finishes such as lighting & carpets) in order to improve future occupant experience and align the suite with the standard across the building.  We couldn't be prouder of the finished works and believe the results speak for themselves!
