MRL Investments | CBD Portfolio

Momentum is continuing to build across both the MRL Investments CBD Assets, 316 Adelaide Street and 488 Queen Street, with recent leasing activity including a mix of full-floor commitments, part-floor deals and tenant expansions. Working on behalf of our long-term client, these leases have contributed to improved occupancy across the assets and have been enabled through a range of fit-out works which our team have planned and managed in-house through collaboration with our contractor partners.

 

Pleasingly, this also includes Trident’s own expansion within 316 Adelaide Street, reflecting our ongoing commitment to the asset and confidence in the amenity, location and workplace offering. A positive outcome in a market where tenants remain considered and selective.
