In a concerted strategy to combat escalation in construction costs, Trident Property Advisory and our client have been dissecting the design and construct process to produce cost-effective, value-driven newly fitted-out spaces that still allow our client to provide prospective Tenants with an above market rental abatement (within market parameters).
