In the 7 years that our valued client, RG Property Investments, has held 410 Queen St, Trident Property Group have been appointed as one half of an Exclusive Coordinating Leasing Appointment. Over this period, there have been 13 new Tenants introduced to the asset totaling 2,697sqm. Trident has been responsible for 11 of these 13 new Leases; a display that our team is ingrained in this asset & segment of the market. This has also led to the asset performing better than market conditions, with vacancy rates in this segment over this period trending at an average of 16.2%, 410 Queen Street has consistently experienced a superior occupancy rate.

Having opted to commit >$5M of capital on improving the asset’s core services (AC, Bathrooms & Lifts) and presentation of Common Areas of the Building, rather than allocating this capital on speculatively fitting-out spaces like the asset’s competition (often at the expense of the Building’s performance), our client has been integral and great to work with in achieving our mutual goals on this asset.

The latest lease to SCA, who is moving from a tired fringe office Building, is purely a further endorsement of our client’s commitment to the performance and presentation of more than just the NLA.
